She also trains at Broadway Dance center and Peridance Capezio Center.

KC Castellano and Theresa Stone have been the biggest influence on Marisa's career. Marisa has been training with KC since she was very young. Throughout the years of working with her, she has taught her to pick up choreography quickly, how to be professional and was the teacher that really helped her transition into the professional world. For years she also admired Theresa, her work, and her company and dreamed of becoming a BEING. After taking Theresa's intensive, she was told she should audition for AbstraKT BEINGS. She was accepted to the company and has loved working with her ever since.

She studied theatre at Passaic County Technical Institute, where she has appeared in plays, musicals, choreographed and directed shows. Outside of dance, Marisa enjoys baking, listening to music, drawing, and reading poetry. Her favorite saying is "Everything happens for a reason", and is the motto she lives by. Marisa is a very hard worker, and knows how to play to her strengths of being a well rounded dancer.
