For years she also admired Theresa, her work, and her company and dreamed of becoming a BEING. After taking Theresa's intensive, she was told she should audition for AbstraKT BEINGS. She was accepted to the company and has loved working with her ever since.

She studied theatre at Passaic County Technical Institute, where she has appeared in plays, musicals, choreographed and directed shows. Outside of dance, Marisa enjoys baking, listening to music, drawing, and reading poetry. Her favorite saying is "Everything happens for a reason", and is the motto she lives by.
