Joanna Wronska


Joanna is a classically trained dancer originally from Gdynia, Poland. She is trained in ballet, jazz, modern, partnering, commercial, folk, theater and character dance. She was involved with theater, dance and gymnastics since her early age. She joined children theater company at Musical Theater in Gdynia when she was 8 years old and soon after she was chosen to appear in television program “ Zjedz to Sam" that run on TVP1. She also was featured in the music video for popular Polish artist Czarno- Czarni. After she auditioned and was accepted to National Ballet School in Gdansk she decided to concentrate more on dance. She started to perform in Baltic State Opera while she was still a student, the ballets she appeared in includes: "La Bayadere", "Giselle", "Snow White", "Romeo and Juliette" and "The Nutcracker". She also toured around Poland with Expression Theater (modern dance company) with theater piece called "Kantata" under direction of Wojciech Misiuro. 

Joanna graduated from National Ballet School and few months later she took a bus from Poland to Paris with 200 $ dollars in her wallet and went to audition. Few days later she got her first contract in the prestigious French cabaret "Crazy Horse". She performed with them in Paris, Las Vegas, Singapore and Portugal and appeared, in multiple television programs and magazines. She also did private shows with and for many celebrities such as: Christina Aguilera, Carmen Electra or Dita Von Tesse. She performed also in "Come Fly with Me" (musical theater production), "Pirates Adventure" (acrobatic show in Spain). She did 2 different production shows on Norwegian Cruise Line: "Elements" and "Illusionarium" where she worked as a dancer and a magic assistant. She was a showgirl in "Jubilee!"- the iconic Las Vegas production. 

When she moved to USA she obtained her Journalism degree from College of Southern Nevada and then started studying acting. She first studied Meisner technique at "Playhouse West" in Los Angeles and then she continue same school in New York. She just recently completed her 2 years program. Since moving to USA she also started training more in commercial, funk and theater jazz both in Los Angeles and New York.


While growing up Joanna explored modeling and when she was a teenager she competed in few beauty pageants competition. Her commercial/ modeling credits includes working for companies and designers such a: Christian Louboutin, The Rya Collection, Make up Forever, Redken, Paper London, Rhea Costa, Maggie Sottero, Marc Jacobs and others. 


Joanna is fluent in English, Polish, French and Russian. Beside performing she likes writing poems, choreographing and spending time with her dog Carmen who travelled around the world with her, wherever her career took her. Music and nature are Joanna’s biggest sources of inspiration,
