Alison Solomon

Alison has taught dance to children and adults of all ages for over 15 years.

As Co-Executive Director of the non-profit organization R.Evolución Latina, Alison has helped plan, organize, and facilitate a free annual performing arts camp for under-served children throughout the five boroughs of NYC. She has also led dance workshops for pre-professional dancers and adult performers as part of R.Evolución Latina's Beyond Workshop Series.

While on tour with In the Heights, Alison taught at various studios along the way for Broadway Connection. She has also taught multiple workshops for Broadway Classroom in NYC alongside Latin Assistant Choreographer Luis Salgado  (In the Heights). Alison has worked with choreographers Joshua Bergasse ("Smash"), Andy Blankenbuehler (In the Heights), Josh Prince (Shrek the Musical), Al Blackstone, and Warren Adams.

Alison's experience as both a dance captain and assistant/associate choreographer make her a valuable asset during recital and competition season. She is available for coachings, cleaning sessions, and more and is just what you need to give your dancers that extra sparkle!
