Richard Biglia

Richard was born in Caxias do Sul, a small city in the south of Brazil. When he was only 6 years old he had the opportunity to perform in a play and it was then when he fell in love with the performing arts. Had just turned sixteen, Richard decided to move to Porto Alegre where he did his first acting conservatory at TEPA and started his dance training at Ballet Concerto. In 2011 Richard moved to NYC to continue perfecting his training. In NYC he was awarded a full scholarship to join the pre-professional program at Manhattan Youth Ballet. Later on Richard went AMDA where he got to combine his dance, act and singing training in the musical theater program.

Two months before graduating Richard had signed his first contract to be part of the cast of Peter Pan at the Fireside Theater. He also has been in a production of Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and has joined many other dancers on the stage of Broadway Bares On Demand.

Richard had the opportunity of meeting so many incredible performers in NYC. People that had inspired him to keep following his dreams. He is very excited to be part of Bloc family, and he is very thankful for all the love and support he has gotten form friends, family and mentors.
