Jeannie Moffitt

Jeannie is currently a New York-based actor, although she was "born weird" in Austin, TX. One lead role in "Zombie Prom" at her Magnolia, Texas high school was all it took, and she was quickly pursuing theatre as her future career. After living in Houston for most of her life, she left her southern roots to attend The Conservatory of Theatre Arts at Webster University in St. Louis, MO. Favorite roles include Ilse (Spring Awakening), Regina (Rock of Ages), and Ida (HONK!). When she's not riffing her lungs out and re-adjusting her tights backstage, Jeannie loves hiking (hopes to tackle the Pacific Crest Trail in her lifetime), cooking, going to the movies, and reading non-fiction literature.

Jeannie’s next adventure is with Theatreworks USA’s touring production of “Dragons Love Tacos & Other Stories,” which starts rehearsal in September 2017.
