Shelby Steele



Shelby Steele was born and raised in Spokane, Washington and after graduating from high school, moved to NYC where she continued her dance studies at the Joffrey Ballet School and Broadway Dance Center’s Professional Semester.

She has performed at New York Fashion Week, the Vogue Pre-Met Gala, Capezio A.C.E Awards and Carnival Choreographer’s Ball, along with a multitude of other live events. She has danced at Industrial events under the direction of Tyce Diorio for ABC American Idol Upfronts and Derek Mitchell for Nintendo’s Launch Event with Jordan Fisher. Most recently, Shelby was a featured dancer on Dance On Network’s “Degree Dance All Day” and played the lead of “Lola” in Six Flags New Jersey’s hit live show Dead Man’s Party. As a company member of AbstraKT Beings, she has also been featured in numerous performances and concept videos under the direction of Theresa Stone. She continues to train under some of the biggest names in the dance industry which include: Theresa Stone, Luam Keflezgy, Candace Brown, Jessica Castro, Miguel Zarate and Marcus Cobb.
 
Shelby is a hard-working professional who takes her career very seriously and for that reason continues to seek out the best training throughout NYC and the US to help accomplish her lifelong goals.
