Nicholas Palmquist



Nicholas Palmquist grew up in Mt. Vernon, Missouri and began his dance training at Ann’s Performing Arts Center at age 10. While there, he studied ballet, tap, jazz, and hip-hop, and most importantly, under the direction of Ann Buehler, he fell in love with dance. He further developed his technique and passion at Oklahoma City University as a Dance Performance Major. Nicholas performed in 15 shows with Music Theatre Wichita while in college where he also earned his Equity card. Since moving to the city, Nicholas has had the privilege of performing on several iconic New York stages including; Saturday Night Live, The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, Lincoln Center, Skirball Center for the Performing Arts, The Guggenheim Theatre, and very proudly at The Joyce Theatre with newly reborn American Dance Machine for the 21st Century.
