Malanie Morgan

Malanie Morgan was born and raised in Brooklyn New York and fell in love with dance at age 12 after seeing a performance at Creative Outlet Dance Theater of Brooklyn. The stage, lights, costumes and colors was all she needed to convince her that that was where she wanted to be. On stage! She soon began her formal dance training at Creative Outlet under the direction of Kevin Joseph, Lakai Worell and Jamel Gaines. After a dedicated year of training in Ballet, African, Hip- Hop and Jazz she became well rounded enough to be invited to attend the notorious Laguardia High School for Performing Arts training in ballet and the graham technique. She then went on to briefly work under Abdel Salaam's Forces of Nature as an apprentice at the age of 18. Although not in her plan, a 5 year hiatus took place and coincidently made her want this life way more than she’d ever expected. She now fully pursues commercial work And is coming by storm! Shes performed with latin Artist Yandel for the “Latin American Music Awards, Macy’s Front Row Fall Fashion for Heidi Klum, worked with Choreographers Tanisha Scott, Soraya Lundy, LaJon Dantzler, director Jonathan Mannion and more. The stage has definitely been missed and this little lady's light is bright! She’s dtermiined to continue leaving audiences in amazement in hopes of inspiring as many as possible, motivating people to follow their dreams despite fear and lifes obstacles. "Fear slows us down, life happens...We have to remember why we were chosen, Embrace and share our gifts as much as we can & never let go of that or our individuality. You MUST be your own movement.."
