Born in Queens raised in Long Island. Josh’s love of dance started at the age of 3 watching hours of Michael Jackson while constantly trying to imitate his moves. This led to years of dance lessons all the way through High school.
By 17, Josh began pursuing dance professionally after watching Step UP 3D. This pursuit lead to him meet KR3TS’ Violeta Galagarza. While on a job with her for the Latin Grammys she suggested he attend his first audition for Jennifer Lopez, which he booked, launching his career at 18-years-old.
This led to a career working with artists such as Beyoncé, Nicki Minaj, Jennifer Hudson, Alicia Keys, Ariana Grande, Janel Monae, Tinashe, Big Sean, Travis Scott, Ne-yo and more. He’s made dozens of TV appearances, such as Netflix’s “The Get Down” and Saturday Night Live. Other networks include HBO, TBS, FX, Apple TV and Josh will be featured in the film adaptation of “In the Heights”.
Hands down, one of the biggest highlights of Josh’s career was in 2018 performing with Beyoncé Homecoming at Coachella (better known as “Beychella”). You may remember him as “Bugaboo Disappear”, pretty much being Himself.
Outside of dance, Josh is an accomplished martial artist, having competed in Muay Thai, is a brown Belt in Okinawan Kempo and has delved into the word of stunts/film fighting, even creating some of his own content.
