Isabella Halek

Bella has been dancing since the age of 2 and always knew that she would “dance for the rest of her life”—according to her 2nd grade time capsule. She started her journey at Summit Dance Shoppe in Minnesota where she trained in multiple styles from ballet to hip-hop. There, Bella was the youngest to be invited into the Invitational Program for preprofessional dancers. While at Summit, she has had the opportunity to work with many notable choreographers including Mia Michaels, Tyce Diorio, Brian Friedman, Talia Favia, Chaz Buzan and Martha Nichols. Along with training and performing, Bella finds passion in choreography. She began choreographing at the age of 12 and has presented her work at the Ritz Theatre in Minneapolis. She most recently trained and choreographed at NYU Tisch School of the Arts in the BFA program for dance. Bella is currently Mia Michaels’ creative assistant and continues to train in NYC. Along with dance she finds joy in modeling, baking, and Vikings football #skol.
