Bianca Dijkhoffz

Bianca Dijkhoffz was born and raised on the beautiful Caribbean Island of St. Maarten. At the age of 5, she started training in Ballet, Jazz, Theater, and Afro-caribbean. By the age of 11 she had her first lead roll staring as Clara in The Nutcracker. Starting off at Motiance Dance School then moving onto Dance Theater of St. Maarten, Bianca began to explore the world of commercial hiphop and stylized jazz, along with her compulsory classes including Modern and Ballet. She trains at Broadway Dance Center concentrating on HipHop styles, from Popping and Locking to House and Street Jazz.

Bianca has a deep love for playing the piano and has been classically training for 7 years. Composing her own music for about 5 years, she has worked with some of the top recording artists and producers on the island.

Bianca has always worked hard and has been acknowledge for it. She has appeared as a dancer in a promotional video for a local telephone company, backup dancing for recording artists at local concerts and club events, as well as a guest performer for school talents shows. She was recently given the opportunity to perform at Carnival under Alonzo Williams and Run The Night dance competition by Jared Grimes.

Susha Hien is responsible for the dancer that I am today and has been an integral part of my life since the beginning.

I believe in the truism by Henry David Thoreau; “ If a man does not keep pace with his companions, perhaps  it is because he hears a different drummer. Let him step to the music which he hears, however measured  or far away”.
