Anthony Raimondi

Anthony Raimondi began his dance training at the age of ten at Horizons Dance Center in Brooklyn, NY where he studied ballet, jazz, tap, musical theater and hip hop with well known choreographers and teachers; Tyce Diorio, Mary Kate Felber, Derrick Yanford, Andrew Turtletaub, KC Castellano, Linda Abbate-Machado and Rachel Bachietto.

In 2011 he graduated from the University of Arizona with a BFA in Dance and a BS in Business Marketing. While attending the University of Arizona he had the opportunity to perform work created by the school’s world-renowned faculty as well as work created by the well-known artists and icons Mia Michaels and Donald McKale.

Immediately following graduation, Anthony began working with Giordano Jazz Dance Chicago, performing works by Jon Lehrer, David Robinson, Kiesha LaLama and Christopher Huggins alongside the main company. Anthony also performed as Alejandro in the live musical tribute tour Bad Romance; a theater production featuring the music of Lady Gaga.

Anthony had the chance to compete with the Top 150 dancers on So You Think You Can Dance “Vegas Week” Season 6 and has performed in a number of different commercial venues across the United States including fashion shows, commercials and music videos.

Anthony has also worked closely with choreographers and directors; Joey Mckneely, David Saint, Parker Esse, Jeffery Denman, and Richard Hinds. Favorite credits include both the national and international tours of the Broadway classic West Side Story as a swing, Dance Captain, and also an assistant choreographer helping set the most recent touring production of the show.
